Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with your fridge. If the evaporator motor in the freezer is not running, the fridge section will not cool. If the compressor and condenser motor are running but not the evaporator motor, unless there is a broken or loose wire, which is not very likely, the motor # WR60X10257 will need to be replaced.
