Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem. If the condenser motor at the bottom of the unit and the compressor are both running, it will indicate the evaporator motor has failed. In this case, the motor # WR60X10141 (# 610 in picture) will need to be replaced. If nothing is running, then the problem could be with either the thermostat # WR09X10042 or the defrost timer # WR09X10049. These parts are available at SearsPartsDirect . I hope this will help you.
