A:

Water in the freezer compartment is likely from a clogged defrost drain pan. The defrost heater melts the ice that accumulates on the freezer coils. The water should drip into the drain funnel beneath the coils. This is part key 7 in the 3rd image below. Fro, there the water should drain out the back, see part key 24, and drain down to the drain pan by the compressor where it should evaporate over time. There are two ways to deal with this problem. You can remove the rear panel, see the 2nd image, to access the defrost drain. You can use a hair dryer to melt the ice. Another way to deal with the problem is to remove the frozen food from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator section. Turn the unit off and leave the freezer door open. The ice blocking the drain should melt overnight. The drain pan by the compressor should be full of water the next morning. I hope this helps. You can reply with any additional details for further assistance.
