The problem could be caused from the main board not sending a signal to the damper, the damper could be stuck or broke or the thermistor may have failed.

Another possibility is if the return air is restricted. If this happens, the air flow will be very slow. A good way to determine if this is the problem is to feel the air flow coming out of the air diffuser and while checking it, open the freezer door or drawer. If the air flow increases with the freezer section open, the return air is restricted. If the air flow remains the same, the problem will be one of the above mentioned possibilities. Usually a technician will be required to make these checks.

Thank you for your question.  The control board is a possibility but I believe I would start by checking voltage to the compressor.  Does the compressor hum or click when the unit is first turned on?

If the condenser fan and freezer fan are both working then the compressor should be trying to run.  If there is voltage then the compressor or start relay is likely the problem.  No voltage would indicate a control or thermostat problem.

You can reply below with a model number for further assistance.

No power to the compressor. It ohms out ok. I don't remember the exact #'s but about 5, 3, and 7.8? Thats the reason I am suspecting the Mother Board.

No voltage to the compressor is likely a control board problem. Do the evaporator and condenser fans work? You indicated in the earlier post that both fans work so there should be voltage to the compressor unless the control is at fault.
