Thank you for your question. I know it's disappointing when the water dispenser stops working. If there is 120 volts at the water valve and no water comes out, the valve will probably need to be replaced. It's possible the water line could be frozen but it's not likely. However, a good check will be to disconnect the water line connection under the freezer door and place the end of the water tube in a pitcher. Activate the dispenser and if water does come out under pressure, it will indicate the water line in the door is frozen. If water does not come out or just trickles out and you can hear the valve buzzing, it will indicate the valve has most likely failed. While it's still possible the reservoir behind the crispers could be frozen, it's very unlikely. I'm also attaching some information to check the board and valve. I hope this will help you.
