From the problem you describe the first thing to check is that both door switches and okay and the door is fully shut. The lights may be on but nothing will work if the door switches are not okay or the door is not fully closed. The circulation motor may be the next part to check. The unit will fill but you don't mention if it will drain the water out. If the drain pump works then the door switches are likely okay. If the motor doesn't hum or make any noise then check for a loose connection at the motor. If a meter is available then the motor can be check for continuity. If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . I hope this helps. Please reply with any additional details for further assistance.
