Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

First I must assume the knock out plug was removed from the new disposal where the dishwasher drain hose is connected; otherwise the dishwasher will not be able to drain.

If water is backing back into the dishwasher from the disposal then the drain hose is not likely looped upwards and secured before it drops down to the disposal. By raising the drain hose higher than the top of the sink will prevent water from gravity draining back to the dishwasher. You could also install an air gap to prevent water from gravity draining back to the dishwasher.

I added a couple of images below with the typical drain hose installation instructions and one about the disposal knock out plug.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Good morning, Joey S. Thank you very much for your response and advise. I apologize for not responding sooner, I wanted to check if rasing the hose as you advised will work. It works fine and it fixed the problem. Again, thank you very much. One comment if I may. The images you added are practically not redable. I think it is better to attach then as pdf. files. If anibody has the same problem I'm recomending the advice that I've got from Joey S.
