Thank you for choosing ManageMyLife.com. I understand how frustrating it can be when the refrigerator keeps beeping. This noise may be caused by a few things. Check to make sure that your temperatures are set correctly. In the freezer the temperature should be no more than 6 degrees and in the refrigerator, no more than 37 degrees. Check the temperature by putting a thermostat between packages in the unit to get an accurate reading. Air temperature check will not be accurate. Adjust the temperature as necessary and allow 24 hours for the changes to take affect. Also, make sure that there is nothing blocking the receiver and emitter in your freezer.
The door switch could also cause the continuous beeping. If the switch is not making ample contact with the door when closed, the door alarm will beep. Open the door and hold the door switch down with you finger to check if the light goes off and if it beeps while you're doing so. If the light stays on and it beeps, you may have to replace your switch.
If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services
If the temperature and switch are okay, then you may have a failed main control board. If you have further questions please let me know. Thanks for using ManageMyLife.com.
