The error code F3 E2 is telling you the electronic control on the range detected a high temperature in the oven. This can be caused by a defective oven temperature sensor or the electronic range control (ERC). You can't test the ERC, but you can test the oven sensor. Begin by disconnecting the power to the range and removing the rear panel covering the ERC. Remove the lower panel from the range and follow the oven sensor wires up to the control. Disconnect the plug on the ERC containing the oven sensor wires and read the resistance of the oven sensor. It should read between 1000-1200 ohms.
