A:

The spray arms on this dishwasher alternate. They never both turn at the same time. The first wash cycle only turns the bottom spray arm. Try a complete cycle and it the glasses in the upper rack never get any water then most likely the timer is at fault. The timer is the part that controls the spray arm alternating. The image below shows how to access the pump cover. Beneath the cover is a ball that must roll back and forth to enable the spray arms to alternate.
