Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern. It appears you have 2 separate problems with this furnace. I suspect with the motor, that you mean the motor starts but doesn't stay on. This can be caused from the module or it could be moving too much air causing the fan switch to open. If the flame will not stay on, it could be from the module, flame sensor or limit switch. If the flame is shutting down, it could also be the reason for the fan shutting off. Furnaces can be very dangerous and I strongly recommend having a technician check and repair this furnace and then perform a safety check. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out.
