Thank you for your question. I know it's frustrating when the furnace stops working. If the igniter does not glow and it has been replaced, the most likely problem will be with the control board. A voltage check can be made at the board where the white and black wires from the igniter connect. Only make this check if you feel confident that you can safely make this type of check. If there is no voltage (120 volts) there, when it calls for heat, the control board # B1809913S will need to be replaced. I hope this will help you.
