Hello Natasha, thank you for the response. The diagrams you provided do not "blow up". They are little thumbnails. Is there any way for them to be exploded to reading size?

Q:

Why is my Frigidaire washer not agitating?

A:

From what you are describing it sounds like the agitator is stripped out. Usually this will happen to the auger section of this type agitator only. (This is the upper section of the agitator that pushes or pulls the clothes down into the main part of the agitator.) This motion is what causes the clothes to circulate through the water.

If this is the problem, the complete agitator will have to be replaced along with the cap.

The cap has an o-ring that prevents water from getting down inside the agitator gears. If this is not the problem please resubmit your question with more specific details.
