You seem to indicate that you have the wiring schematics for this range. I recommend that you unplug the range and check the red and orange wires on that control board. Your details say that all of the other functions work. I assume that the stove top burners are heating.

The red and orange wires are common to both of the oven elements. Based on your symptoms, you either have a wiring failure in the circuits that are traced in the image below or you have a bad clock control board in that console. If the wiring in those circuits is good, then replacing that clock control board should fix your problem. That event that you described probably damaged the clock control board. You can order parts from the Sears PartsDirect website. Be sure that you unplug the range for accessing and replacing internal components. Here is a brief repair video that shows how to replace that clock control board: Range Clock Control Replacement . NOTE: You may need to order the overlay unless you can reuse the original one as shown in that video.
