Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having problems with your dishwasher. This model dish washer does not have to be programmed when you install a new control board. You do need to make sure you transferred the model select plug from the old board to the new one. I have provided you with an image below showing the model plug. Please make sure it is on the new control. If the board seems to be locked, you can turn the power off for 5 min and then retest the operation. This is the only reset/programming that can be done. if more detail of the problem become available I may be able to assist you further. I hope this helpful.
