Thank you for submitting your question. I understand your concern and I will be happy to assist you. The water filter information for your refrigerator is provided on page 12 of your owners manual. If everything is freezing in the fresh food section, then that  has nothing to do with your water filter. Freezing in the fresh food section would indicate an air flow, damper or thermistor issue for your unit. I've provided the testing information for the damper and themistor in the image below. Also, make sure the refrigerator temperature is set at 37 degrees and the freezer is set at 0 degrees. If the freezer is too cold it will cause this same issue for the refrigerator. You can also check in the freezerto see if ther is any ice build up or frost. This is a good sign that the vent ways may be blocked. For further assistance with this repair, please reply back to this thread with more details. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I know it's frustrating when the dispenser stops working. The information you have received is good but it does not pertain to this model. Based on the information listed, this sounds like a main board failure. It will be a low voltage problem. The main board # W10191108 is located behind the refrigerator. I recommend having a technician check it, to verify for sure. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . Thank you for using Manage My Life.
