Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Whirlpool washer model number GHW9400PW0.

I understand that you are having trouble with the washing machine makeing noise.   I see you have changed the shocks.   There are 2 further items to look at.  1 make sure the machine has all 4 legs leveled.  Next is there is suspension springs and you can see them on the link below.   Key number 16.

Thanks for the information about your washer model GHW9400PW0; sorry you are having a problem, I will be glad to assist you.  Based on the description you have provided I believe the door latch is not functioning correctly.  The F dL code does indicate a door lock malfunction and your description about moving door and boot confirm that there is a problem in that area. You can check the wiring harness for good connections however the most common cause is the door latch switch.I hope this helps, if you need more help please reply with added details and I will be happy to respond.
