Here is a link for a previous answer that has some additional troubleshooting for that F11 error code: F-11 and DL code . Those additional tips may help you resolve this F11 problem. A failure in that door lock circuit could prevent the motor control board from getting power. I provided the wiring diagram for your washer in the image below. That model has grounding switches. Be sure that you check the wiring in those circuits. A bad grounding switch or a bad grounding switch circuit could cause the F11. Be sure that you unplug the washer before accessing internal components.
