Thank you for your question on the generator not producing power.

Have you tried flashing the field windings? It may have lost its residual voltage.

Plug a power drill into the 120 volt outlet and with the engine running on the generator spin the chuck on the drill by hand to flash the windings on the generator.

Please let me know if that helped and if not we can continue to troubleshoot with that information.
