Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the dyer. When it comes to connecting the wires to the element on the dryer it does not matter which element wire connect to which terminal. Just make sure the solid red wire and the red with white connect to the element. I have provided you with the wiring diagram below.
