Have to change my 3 plonge to a 4 plonge, but only 3 connectors in the back

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with connecting the power cord. The ground wire should connect to the green ground screw. The image below will aid in connecting the cord. Please click on the images to enlarge them. before plugging the dryer in double check the connections then check the operation.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on making the connections.
