I suggest you disconnect the power to the refrigerator and remove the rear cover from the compressor compartment. Remove the relay cover from the compressor and inspect the wiring for discoloration or breakage.

I suspect the relay or capacitor has failed. It is best to replace both parts if one has failed. You might have a bad compressor but to get the compressor diagnosed, you will need to get a technician.

I would take a chance and replace the start relay and capacitor.

You should disconnect power to the refrigerator while you get the parts to avoid damaging the compressor.

I am sending you the part number and price of the relay and start capacitor. The production models ore for compressors that have been replaced.
