Thank you for your question. I know it's disappointing when the ice dispenser stops working. A good check for this will be to press the lever in slowly and listen for a clicking sound. If you do not hear this sound, it indicates that either the switch has failed or the actuator is not making contact with the switch. The switch and actuator can be viewed by removing the front cover. To remove the cover, pry the bottom loose with a small screwdriver and then lift it upward to free the top tabs. Be sure to disconnect the power first. If you do hear the clicking sound, some voltage checks will need to be made to determine, if the problem is with the control or the motor. A technician may be needed to make these checks.
