Thanks for contacting manage my life about your washer model FWTR445RFS0; sorry you are having this issue, I will be glad to assist. Based on the description you have provided the sound you hear could be from the pump. If the sound seems to come when the water is being extracted then the pump would be the most likely issue. There could be debris in the pump trap that is causing the noise, you can access this through the lower panel removal and the trap is attached to the pump. It may just need cleaning. If the noise starts when the tub is spinning only then the issue could be a bad spin hub and bearing assembly. This repair gets very involved and will be expensive; this repair also requires a technician.
