Thank you for submitting your question. If the clothing is damp at the end of the automatic cycle you could be experiencing an issue with the moisture sensor assembly. The sensor for this cycle consists of two metal strips (image below) on the outlet grill in front of the lint screen. If these metal strips have a build-up of residue (especially if you are using fabric softening sheets), they will not be able to accurately detect moisture in the clothes. I recommend cleaning these strips with rubbing alcohol to remove any residue that may be present. This may help resolve your damp laundry problem at the end of an automatic cycle. If this does not correct your problem, it is likely that your electronic control board is bad and needs to be replaced.
