Thank you for your question. I know it's frustrating when the refrigerator stops cooling. If there was a power outage in the area, it can damage the control board. If the lights inside the cabinet are on, it will indicate there is power to the unit. If nothing is running, it would lead to a defective board. Try resetting the board again by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. If the fans are running but not the compressor, it could be a problem with the compressor, the starting device on the compressor or the board.
