I can understand how important it is to have the right information for your refrigerator. When you place a unit like this in storage it is vital to drain all of the water from the water lines. This keeps the line from being damaged while in storage. If the water was drained from the tubing, prior to storage, then you can reconnect the lines, change the water filter, and purge the lines. This will rinse out the lines. If you did not drain the water from the lines, then you will need to replace them. This is not an easy thing to do, so I would suggest that you schedule service for it. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Thanks for the info. Did I properly drain the line water by disconnecting the lines at the point where many of them converge at the lower back corner? Were there any other points that needed to be disconnected?

There are no other connections that you should disconnect. From here just reconnect your lines, change the water filter, and purge the system. Everything should work just fine. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

If ice isn't forming in the freezer then there is a problem. There are a few things to check first. The fan in the freezer most be working to circulate the air. Next check the lower panel in the freezer section for a build up of ice. A defrost problem allowing a frost build up would prevent the freezer and refrigerator section from cooling properly. Last you can check if the condenser coils are blocked by lint. The condenser coils should also be hot to the touch while the unit is running. If the condenser coils are not hot then there is likely a freon leak. You can also confirm the compressor is running and the condenser fan next to the compressor is working. If the condenser is covered with lint then you can use a vacuum to remove the lint build up. I hope this helps. You can reply with any additional details for further assistance.
