Thank you for your inquiry on your Frigidaire Refrigerator, Model: FRS3R4EB4. From reviewing the details on your model, this type of problem will usually be the result of a failed water valve but it could also be an electrical problem. A good check will be to, pull the unit away from the wall and disconnect the power. Now, remove the panel cover to access, the valve. Disconnect the tan and light blue wire connection from the valve and now reconnect the power. Manually activate the icemaker by pulling the front cover off and turn the small gear counterclockwise about a 1/4 turn. This will place the icemaker into a cycle. Toward the end of the cycle it will fill with water. If water still leaks from the dispenser now with the wire connection off the valve, it will indicate the valve has failed and will need to be replaced. If it does not leak, then it will lead to the diodes that connect to the valve. Replacing the diodes can be a difficult repair and I would recommend having a technician make this repair.

Safety Warning: Before beginning the repair, disconnect the direct power supply to the refrigerator to prevent the risk of injury or any electrical shock.

If you don’t feel comfortable or confident in this repair, then you can have it repaired at home by a sears technician. I have the included a link to the website: Sears Home Services or call 1-800-469-4663.

Prior to writing you, I did every thing you said to do. As long as the tan and light blue connector is unplugged, I have "NO" problem, of course the water doesn't work. So where are the "Diodes" located and where can I purchase them? Where can I get a diagram?
