I know it can be frustrating when the icemaker stops working. The information you have received from Pvalde is good but it does not pertain to this model. If there is ice in the mold now and the icemaker will not harvest it, the problem will usually either be because the temperature in the freezer is not cold enough or the icemaker thermostat has failed. To check the temperature, place a thermometer between some packages. Air temperature is not a good check. The temperature should be between 0 & 5 degrees. If it gets above 12 degrees, the icemaker may not cycle. In this case, usually adjusting the control to a colder setting will correct the problem. If the temperature is ok, it will indicate the icemaker thermostat has failed. In this case, I recommend replacing the icemaker # 5304458371. It's available at SearsPartsDirect . I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
