I understand wanting to be certain of the size before ordering this glass. The information provided by Henry is correct.  The panel itself is 34.63 inches length, 24.63 width, and 3.5 height.

The specifications for glass, part #316452723 can be found at Sears Parts Direct .  Click the highlighted link to view the parts diagram to make sure of the part needed.  It will show as key #4 for the glass and #13 for the panel.

The door is only 30 wide X 21.5 tall and the piece of glass is about 1/8 of an inch thick. Sears shipping size is 31x21x1.75 for #4 and that's the packing. I am only looking for the exact size of #4 whatever your talking about is not #4 on the Key because it's bigger than Sears shipping size. I just need to know the size of the glass.

Thank you for the reply Victor. I checked the dimensions at other parts supply sites and the dimensions are the same. I recommend ordering the glass for your model and if it does not match the range you have, you have 9 days to return. I would recommend verifying the model number prior to order.

I know that it can be very frustrating to have your range stop working properly. However, in order to determine what the problem is, you will need to know if the oven is lighting or not.  I would suggest that you remove the bottom panel, so you can see the igniter and the burner. Then turn the oven on to 350.  If the igniter is working, then it will glow to bright red, and you will see flames. If you don't see flames but the igniter is working, then check the gas valve.  This will open once the igniter is hot enough. If it is not, replace the valve. If everything looks to be working right, then the problem is with one of the electrical components. This could be the thermostat, or the electronic control board.  Both of these can prevent the oven from heating all the way. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, just click on this link to schedule service: Sears Home Services . I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
