Having more problems after a repair can be frustrating.  The link provided by Alina for a similar stove is correct.  Th F40 for your Frigidaire range is a cook top lock out error. You need to check the wiring from the cook top to the control board.  You may have to replace the cook top lock out control board or the  EOC (Electronic oven control board). I have attached images for the electrical schematics below. I do recommend having a technician visit to help find the problem.  You can schedule a Sears technician at Sears Home Services .  Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your oven. However, without the model number, I can only provide some general information. Depending on the type of oven you have, some will have a hidden bake element, which will cause the unit to heat slowly. This is something that can be checked by watching it when the oven is on. If the oven doesn't have this then you should be able to see it glowing. The element will glow a bright red color, if it does not then the element needs to be replaced. If this is a gas oven, it could not be getting enough gas to the burner, or the ignitor could be failing. If you could please reply with any additional details and the model number, I can then provide a more detailed answer. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

On this model you have an temperature probe that will tell the oven what it needs to heat to. This is a common part to have problems with. I would suggest that you test this part first. The image below will provide this information for you, but you will need a multimeter to do the testing. If you could reply back with the results and can then provide further information on this issue. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
