Gas range

I understand how important it is to have your appliances working properly, especially when you need to use them. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I have found a link that will provide some information and troubleshooting on the problem. It is most likely the EOC board, or the elements that have failed. This link will show you how to find out which one it is. I hope this help.

Your details seem to indicate that the oven won't heat and that the burners on the stove top will not light. See if the burners will light if you manually ignite them carefully with a match. If not, then you could have a problem with the gas supply provided to the range. Check the gas supply shut-off valve to make sure that it is fully open. Check the gas supply provided to the range to see if it is adequate.

If the stove top burners light, then this verifies that you have an adequate gas supply provided to the range. If the clock display is blank, make sure that the range is plugged in to a working outlet.

If the clock display is lit and the stove top burners work, then I recommend that you check the service shut-off valve on the pressure regulator as shown in that first image. If that switch is in the proper position, then you will need to remove the bottom oven panel and see if the oven igniter is glowing when the range is set in the bake mode. I provided a theory of operation for the ignition system on this range in the second image. If that igniter is glowing, then it is likely that you have a weak igniter and that it will need to be replaced. If the igniter is not glowing, then you could have a bad clock control board in the console, a failed igniter, a wiring failure or a bad safety gas valve.
