Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If you can confirm if the bake ignitor is glowing red or not when bake is selected would indicate if the glow bar is faulty or if the electronic oven control or oven gas valve is faulty. If the glow bar ignitor is glowing red then I would suspect a weak glow bar ignitor and the bake ignitor would need to be replaced.

If the bake ignitor is not glowing then it may have a broken bake ignitor or a faulty control board or oven safety valve. The oven igniter and oven safety valve can be disconnected and then tested for continuity using an Ohm meter. If the bake igniter and oven safety valve measures continuity, the electronic oven control is faulty and will need to be replaced. NOTE: The glow bar ignitor is most likely the faulty component.
