Q:

Range Back guard- part # 316456528 FEF366ECD Frigidaire Electric range

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I will be more than happy to assist you with your range.

From the information you have provided above, after researching model number  FEF366ECD. It seems to me like it might be a website error. The picture shown doesn’t include the holes for the knobs but this is the original part that came with the unit. when you receive the part it should have the wholes there for the knobs. If for any reason (which I doubt) that the panel comes back wrong than you can return it with in 365 days.  Like I said I believe the picture isn’t matching up properly. The part number 316456528 is the original part so you should have any issue when receiving.

I hope you found this information useful. Again thank you for choosing Sears, we appreciate your business, have a great day.

Q:

Why is the new bake element not working on my Frigidaire oven?

A:

On something like this I suspect the EOC electronic oven control. You will need to check for 240volts across L1 & L2-in; if you have 240volts coming in & 0volts out on BK to L2-out when you turn the unit on to bake then we know that the EOC is faulty. If you have 240v out across BK to L2-out then we know that the wiring harness from the EOC to the bake element is bad.

Please see the image provided for more information.
