Thank you for your question on the range not working.

Please reset the circuit breaker in the power box for the range. Turn the breakers off and on a couple times to make sure you have 240 volts going to the range.

If still is not working then you will need to find out if you have 240 volts at the outlet behind the range? This will require a volt detecting light of a volt meter. I would not check the voltage unless you are comfortable using a meter.

Do the surface burners work?
