Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The model number you provided is not a valid/correct model number. I will base my answer on a model FEB27S5GCB wall oven.

In order to access and replace the cooling fan, the oven will need to be un-installed. The top panel will need to be taken off to access the cooling fan. Once the oven has been pulled out, the two top panels can be taken off once the screws have been taking out securing the top panels. NOTE: Disconnect the wall oven from the power source before removing the top. Once the top has been taken off, you should see the cooling fan towards the rear. There will be a few screws to remove in order to take the fan out. Reverse the procedure to install the new one.
