I have done the research on your Frigidaire Dishwasher Model Number  FDB2415LFS0 and for this model dishwasher the touch pad has a selector switch pad which consist of the 10 command keys in the touch pad. If the drain pump tries to run and is warm/hot to the touch but doesn't drain then the drain pump is most likely the problem. You mention the disposal is brand new which may be the problem. Did you knockout the plug? New disposals have a plug in the drain nozzle that must be punched out with a screwdriver and hammer. If the plug has not been knocked out then the dishwasher will not drain. Remove the drain hose and try to stick a screwdriver into the nozzle and see if you hit anything. Did the dishwasher drain before the disposal was replaced. Replacing the drain pump is a good do-it-yourself project but check the disposal nozzle first.
