The manual available from managemylife .com is NOT a service manual. It is an owners manual.

I will email you the tech sheet for this washer. The technical information that you are looking for has too many pages to post on this answer.

The end-of-cycle signal has a setting of high, low and off. The high setting is the loudest one available. If the console is working normally, then it cannot be adjusted to provide a louder signal. If the console is malfunctioning so that you get a very faint signal on the loud setting, then the console will likely need to be replaced to fix this type of problem.

NOTE: The information that I am sending you is intended for technicians. Follow electrical safety guidelines when using this information. Unplug the washer before accessing internal components.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

For Annalisa: UNPLUG the washer and remove the bottom front service panel as shown in the first image below. Carefully reach up and pull down on the manual release tab at the bottom of the door latch assembly (shown in the second image). Follow the steps shown in the 3rd and 4th images below. These tips should help you complete your repair. If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

Hi Kyle, I need the tech manual for the Kenmore HE3 washer also, model 44832201. My washer wont power on. I went to the Sears parts store and they gave me the part number for the control board 285925. I went on-line and found that it was a replacement for 8181981. I put the board in and nothing. So I went back online and searched for the control board for model 44832201 and the part that was called out was 8182105 or 8182222. Now I'm not so sure that 8181981 is the right part. I wanted to get the service manual to verify the correct voltage levels of the control board. I like that post you sent to Annalisa too. My washer died when it was getting ready start, and there are still clothes in it.

For Phil Patino: I looked at the parts information for this washer. It is a little confusing if you are not used to looking at that stuff. The control board for your model 110.44832201 washer should be 8182222 (substituted from original part 8182106). According to your details, you definitely have the wrong control board. This is the likely cause of your problem. I provided some portions of the tech sheet and the service manual that pertain to this failure in the image below. This should help you check the line filter and the power to the control board. Be sure that you UNPLUG the washer before accessing internal components. Check the line filter and the wire harness connections on the control board if you still have problems after you install the correct control board. If you need more help, reply with additional details and we will assist you further. If you still need more technical information from the service manual, submit a new question so that I can use the email address on that post to send you larger files. I don't have access to that information on a reply to an existing thread. Thanks.

Thanks Lyle for verifying that. Yea I got a response back from the seller and he told me it was the wrong model board. I ordered the right one 8182105 this time. I tried to fix the bad board. Pin 3 of the control panel ribbon cable shorted out and smoked the wire on the ribbon cable and the trace on the central control unit pin 3. I fixed the cable and tried to fix the trace on the board. All the pins show around 11 Vdc except pin 2 shows about 3 Vdc. I'm sure that's whats wrong with it. I'll let you know what the Voltage readings are when I get my new board. Those attachments are nice! Okay I got it about starting a new thread for more attachments. You're the man.

For Phil Patino: Thanks for the feedback. Be careful when you check the DC voltages off of that new control board. We are limited in the information that we can provide regarding internal control board components. Let us know if we can help you further.
