1.      Unplug dishwasher power cord and shut off water supply to dishwasher, disconnect hoses from dishwasher.

2.      Pull out dishwasher and carefully lay it down on its back, look under the dishwasher now that its laying down and you will have access to the circulation motor and pump assembly.

Thanks for the video but I have already figured out how to remove the spray arm and filters. What I need to know is how to access the parts that are underneath the panel just below the filters. I believe something is stuck in there causing the pump motor to make labored noises. I believe there is a pump wheel and shaft going to the wheel that something may be caught on.
