All the lights would flash simultaneously, then stop, then start again. The dishwasher would work. Now, the lights do not flash, and we cannot get it to work.

From your description this is most likely caused by a faulty door switch or a loose wire at the terminal block (see image below). You can try to run the Water/Service Test to see if the dishwasher will respond. If not, the diagnosis of this issue will require the use of an ohm/volt meter and you will have to perform ohm checks and/or live voltage checks. If you have an ohm/volt meter and are confident in your technical abilities, please reply below and I will be happy to assist you further.
