I do not see a fuse or reset button on the steam vac itself. I recommend that you test that electrical outlet that you are using to make sure that it is working properly. Plug a small lamp or appliance into the outlet to check it if necessary. If the electrical outlet is okay, then you probably have an internal component problem with the steam vac.
