Question and Answers

Q:

I do not have cable. I attached an antennae to my television. There are no channels loading to television. What do I do. The model is F19422

A:

I, myself, use an antenna because I can not justify paying high monthly bills for the 2 or 3 channels I watch. Also, once you get use to it, you will be perfectly happy enjoying the channels that are available. You'll enjoy them even more knowing they are for free. I located a link that will give you instruction on how to use your antenna to get the most channels. If you need further assistance, let us know. Have a pleasant Sunday morning.

Hello Sharla,

I would like to assist you with your television tuning problems. The signal that is currently being broadcast is a digital signal. A few years ago the federal government mandated the switch. It will require either a newer television with a digital tuner, or a digital converter set top box. Here is a link to the digital tuner that you can purchase at Sears. It is plug and play; you just hook this up between your TV and your antenna and it converts the channels to the analogue signal that your TV can display. The channels are switched with the remote for the set top converter box.

Please let me know if you would like any further assistance.
