The answer pvalde2 sent has good information about adjusting refrigerator doors.

To cause the doors to close by themselves, you need to raise the front of the cabinet a little bit. To raise the front of the cabinet, remove the grill under the refrigerator door and look at the front rollers on each side of the cabinet. In the center of the roller bracket, there is a bolt. To raise the cabinet turn the bolt 1/2 turn counter clockwise. Turn the bolt on both rollers the same amount. Try the door and adjust in small increments until the doors close by themselves.

Our systems don't recognize model ET20DKXSN01. I looked up the parts for model ET20DKXSW01. You can see a parts diagram at Parts Direct Verify your model number from the model tag inside the refrigerator compartment and look on the "refrigerator door" image. The door gasket is item 8.
