There is likely a blockage in the defrost drain trough located under the floor of the freezer causing the defrost water to leak into the fresh food section. Remove the rear panel and fan assembly from inside the freezer to gain access to the defrost drain hole and clear the blockage. If it has an ice maker then it will need to be removed before removing the evaporator. See image below for general instructions on removing the evaporator cover. You may have to shut the unit off and let it sit until it thaws or carefully use a hair dryer and hot water to speed up the process. NOTE: Be careful to not over heat the plastic liner or flooring. Be aware that the aluminum fins of the evaporator are razor sharp. Protective gloves are recommended.

There is part that can be purchase to prevent the drain hole from freezing over and causing a blockage. The part number is 819043. It can ordered and purchase at Sears Parts Direct .
