I have a few bits of technical information that I can provide but there is no tech sheet available for purchase. My first suggestion is to try and run just a Rinse cycle as shown in the first image below. The rinse cycle is a simple cycle with no sensing or water heat. From the description you give I suspect water heat is the problem. The 2nd image contains a couple of error codes you might see when the unit stops working. You can reply with additional details and questions for further assistance.

Hi Renato da Silva,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

From your description it is likely that the cancel drain button is stuck. Make sure the float valve and float assembly are in working order. You will then most likely need to replace the touchpad.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Here is a link that you may use to view the parts list diagram or to purchase any parts needed; Sears Parts Direct .

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance please reply to this post.
