A:

This drain tray will pull out from the front. It will be a tight fit and you may have to turn it slightly but it will come out. If you take the filter housing (# 8 in picture) loose, by removing the front 2 screws (# 10) it will help. Disconnect power to the refrigerator before removing the drain pan. If you would like more assistance, additional details will be needed.
