Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you are having this problem with the ice. This type of problem can be from water leaking in the bucket or the ice fusing together, which would be normal. If the ice cubes seem large, this would be from the icemaker overfilling and leaking in the bucket. In this case, first adjust the water fill on the icemaker. I'm attaching a picture with instructions of how to adjust the water on this icemaker. If it still overfills, the water valve # W10408179 will need to be replaced. I hope this will help you.
