Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the icemaker stops working. If the icemaker did not cycle when the T & H terminals were jumped, the most likely problem will be a defective icemaker. To determine for sure a voltage check will need to be made at the icemaker. Push in and hold the little flapper door and very carefully check the voltage between the L & N terminals. If there is 120 volts between these terminals, the icemaker # 2198597 will need to be replaced. If there is no voltage, the most likely problem will be with the optic boards # 4389102.
