The air damper in your refrigerator is manually opened and closed with the control knob where you adjust the freezer control.

The most likely problem is the evaporator coil is covered with frost and restricting the airflow. To test for this remove the food in the lower half of the freezer and see if the evaporator cover in the rear of the freezer has frost on it.

You can force the refrigerator into a defrost cycle by turning the refrigerator control to off for 15 seconds, on for 5 seconds, off 15 secs., on 5, off 15, on 5, the off. The control should put the refrigerator into defrost for 25 minutes.

Check the evaporator coil and cover after 20 minutes and if the frost is gone, you need to replace the defrost control in the refrigerator. If the frost is still on the evaporator cover, go to www.searshomeservices.com and schedule service for a Sears technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
