Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the water leaking under the fridge. First, check to see if the drain tube (# 42 in picture) is properly in place to drain into the pan. To access the drain tube, the back panel cover (# 53) will need to be removed. With the cover removed, you will be able to see the drain tube and drain pan. If the tube is in place, the problem may be a due to a crack in the drain pan. Pour some water into the pan and watch to see if any water leaks underneath. If there is no leak, then the drain system will need to be checked. To check the drain, remove everything inside the freezer, so the back panel can be taken out. With the panel out, you can pour some hot water down the drain and then watch to see where it goes with the cover behind the cabinet still removed. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information you received is good but it's for a different type of problem. If its not cooling at all, it first needs to be determined if the compressor is running. If the compressor is running, the problem will probably be in the seal system or with the compressor. It could be a low charge, a restriction or the compressor may not be pumping properly. These are checks a technician will be required to make.

If the compressor is not running, it could be a problem with the starting device, the compressor itself or if the condenser motor is not running. A meter will be required to check the compressor and start device. Unless you have a meter and are confident in your repair skills, I recommend having a technician make these checks. Im listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . If the motor is not running and the compressor is very hot, the motor will need to be replaced. If you would like more assistance, additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.
